Fuchsia and TaupeThe new Martha Stewart Weddings is out and has a beautiful feature on the colour combination of fuchsia and taupe. The taupe really makes the fuchsia pop, but it’s a little softer on the eye than fuchsia paired with white. flower of fuchsiaMy mom has the most amazing talent with flowers and plants and all things garden or lawn. When we moved into our new home, she made three hanging baskets and two potted arrangements for our front porch. Inspiration Board: Turquoise and FuchsiaThis board was inspired by the photo of the bride with the fabulous Balenciaga scarf and the bike, and I picked up on the colors from the scarf to translate into a color palette of turquoise, fuchsia, green and yellow. The bride's ruffled Melissa Sweet 'Billie' dress inspired the ruffled cake topped with fresh pink flowers, and the tablescape has a sophisticated and clean look with taupe, white and pops of pink.
