Let's talk linens. Visit any rental company website and you will find tons of variaties of linens. From Bengaline to Crush to Imperial to Moire, you will find it all. It can be a little unsettling not knowing what each type is and why you may want to choose one over the other. You'll find a multitude of colors on each website. The best advice I can give to you is to visit your local rental company or order a swatch if you are ordering on line. Your idea of gold may not be the same as the linen company ships to you. Better to be safe than sorry. I offer several swatch books for my bridal c... |
Kay has an obsession (other than StrictlyWeddings.com that is). She loves luxury linens. We had no idea. Some days we’re lucky if all our linens match! Anyway, she says we’ve not slept in luxury until we’ve slept on these linens. (And she’s probably right!). So for Brides looking for something besides the usual to add to their registry that’s long lasting and promises sweet dreams, Anichini linens sound like the perfect item. A bit a... |
As I mentioned before, a few weeks ago, we went to see our caterer, Fusions Cuisine, for a full tasting. While we were there, we also went over our linen, chair and table choices. I certainly didn’t! Satin, silk, dupioni, lace, lined, ruffled, flowered, you name it, there is an i... |

So when E posted about Paris, my mind immediately went to wardrobe. I’m a fashion ignorant girl in general. I’m trying to change that, but it’s a long process. I saw this and immediately loved it. It’s the perfect nightie for those nights in Paris (or Birmingham)! Body Linens by Thread Count... |
