Independence Day Wedding Inspiration Board – Red, White, and Aqua

Here’s a pretty take on red, white, and blue – I softened it up a bit with aqua instead of navy blue for Independence Day. This inspiration board was created in just 5 minutes using our soon to launch “Desire” Inspiration Board Creator app for the iPhone and iPad!

Real Wedding: Los Angeles, CA Judith & Enoth – Lovisa Han Photography

I just fell in love with this wedding! Every detail was beautifully captured and the color scheme was just classic. Loved the cream colored peonies, white, pink, and blush roses, and the love that emanates from the photos.
Judith and Enoth met in grade school and discovered that ironically their grandparents had met 40 years earlier in Korea and were close friends. They were destined to be married! Judith + Enoth. Some things are just meant to be…

Wine Colored Wedding Bouquets

categories: Guest Posts Tags: ,
Another great post from our guest blogger Emily Caan at Table 6 Productions Love these gorgeous wine colored bouquets – perfect for a fall wedding or for weddings held at wineries and vineyards.
There is something about dark wedding bouquets that have a beauty that is unmatched by brighter ones. Because they are so uncommon in weddings, especially as a bridal bouquet, they hold this mysterious aura to them and demand attention too. A dark bouquet has a sophistication and exquisiteness to them and makes a wonderful statement. It also creates a great contrast against white or ivory dress so everyone will absolutely notice it as soon as you turn the corner to walk down the aisle. They have a very dramatic and exotic look and the flowers that come in the deeper shades are gorgeous and simply elegant. Deeper shaded bouquets are especially good for fall and winter weddings but if you’re looking for an impression then be sure to check out some of these pics! Enjoy!

Vendor Profile: DK Designs – Clay Wedding Flowers

I first came across DK Designs on twitter – Diane was so super friendly that I just felt the need to see what she was about. The first time I saw her work, I couldn’t believe that anyone could turn clay into gorgeous bouquets and hair accessories. The best I can do with clay (my daughter’s Play-Doh) is make play spaghetti by pressing it through the toy. These look so real that I’m sure your guests would do a double take when you tell them that they’re clay and not real flowers. Diane can create cake flowers, hair accessories, bouquets, wedding invitations, and more.

Diane’s work has been featured on the Martha Stewart Show, Brides Magazine, Southern Weddings Magazine, The Knot, In Style Magazine, and many others. As you can see above, her work is gorgeous. Keep up the great work Diane!

Real Wedding – Megan & Kyle – Pelican Hill, Newport Coast

This wedding is jaw dropping gorgeous. From the couple with movie star looks to the seating charms, this wedding has it all. The bride was actually my daughter’s preschool teacher and she truly is extremely patient, kind, and always smiling.  Not one detail was overlooked.  View the wedding video to see how amazing this wedding really was.  I’m going to be quiet now and  just let you enjoy this wedding eye candy.
